Byzantion – Constantinople – Istanbul and Immediate Surroundings in the Ancient and Medieval Ages
GABAM and Istanbul University’s South East European Research Center organized a seminar titled “Byzantion – Constantinople – Istanbul”, 7-8 December 2016, in Istanbul University. The GABAM Director Engin Akyürek delivered the opening speech of the seminar, and 21 scholars from universities in Türkiye presented papers. The papers presented in the seminar are being prepared for publication.
